Myslím, že pracovní pozice softwarového inženýra a produktového manažera v Googlu nemusím nijak zvlášť prodávat. Lidé s povědomím o Googlu většinou ví o vymoženostech jako jsou 20% projekty nebo podivuhodné interiéry našich vývojářských center , nemluvě o možnosti podílet se na vývoji nejnovějších webových technologií. Naši vývojáři nosí na svých laptopech nálepky s nápisem: "My other computer is a data center". :)UPDATE : V případě pozice "Software Engineer" nejde o jednu pozici, ale o víc. Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule. Requirements: Computer Science degree preferred. End to end Product Management experience of software/web technologies. Hands-on experience developing Internet products and technologies. Entrepreneurial drive with an appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues. Understanding of the Internet, Search Engine, and On-Line Advertising spaces. Fluent in Czech. Experience working within the Czech market.

Pracovat pro Google byl vždycky můj sen, ale je škoda, že asi nikdy nevyhovím kritériím :) Přejít z PHP na Javu by asi nebyl ten největší problém, ale ta angličtina... Ale zajímalo by mne, jestli se v Google dají najít i pozice zaměřené třeba na PHP, případně jen JavaScript/AJAX? Nebo se vyvíjí především v Javě?
